## **COLLEGE PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY**

#### **Who can participate in the Road to Hire (R2H) College program?**

Students who have participated in the R2H High School program can be considered for the R2H College program.

#### **What are the program expectations and requirements?**

Scholars are required to:

- GPA Requirement:
  - Scholars at a 4-year university must maintain a cumulative GPA above 2.5 each semester
  - Scholars at a 2-year university must maintain a cumulative GPA above 2.0 each semester
- Meet with their Student Career Coach once a week
- Attend at least two R2H College program events each semester
- Secure an internship during the summer of their sophomore or junior year in college

#### **What if I want to transfer schools or change my major?**

All changes are addressed on a case-by-case basis by the R2H College program team.

#### **If I need to, can I take a leave of absence?**

The R2H College program team understands that sometimes disruptions in life occur. For this reason, we can support a student who needs to take a leave of absence for up to one semester.

#### **Can I receive a R2H College Program Scholarship if I receive other scholarships?**

Absolutely! The R2H College program team ALWAYS encourages students to apply for other scholarships as well.

#### **What happens after I complete the R2H College Program and graduate from college?**

The R2H College program team guarantees to help students secure their first interview in their chosen career field.
